Spotify Wrapped (2023-2021)

Three consecutive Spotify Wrapped campaigns. 2021, 2022, 2023. Hundreds of deliverables per cycle.

Social content scaling up to major out-of-home installations including Times Square and Piccadilly Circus.

Distributed animation teams across the USA, Brazil, Uruguay, Korea, and Europe coordinated from a single creative direction point at Hornet.

Director Vucko in partnership with Hornet developed custom-programmed Motion Design templates for each campaign: advanced parametric systems built to handle large volume and heavy customization simultaneously.

The creative director’s role was to fully understand how those systems worked, translate that understanding to a global team of animators, set the production standard, and ensure every deliverable across every market honored the system’s integrity.

Three years of accumulated knowledge. Each cycle built on the last: refined workflows, improved quality control protocols, deeper team relationships across time zones and languages.

The sustained partnership concluded in 2024 when the transition to full-time creative leadership at SuperJoy began.
