Felipe Posada is a Creative Director and Innovation Leader with 20 years of experience across creative leadership, production operations, and team coordination. Born in Colombia with full English and Spanish fluency, he brings multicultural perspective to work spanning US, Latin American, and European markets.
Since 2007, Felipe has operated Luscious Studios, his creative services corporation, partnering with elite production companies including Hornet, Radical Media, The Mill, Psyop, and Brand New School while developing direct client relationships. This foundation enabled both large-scale studio collaborations and independent creative partnerships across commercial and fine art contexts.
Career highlights include a permanent video installation for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's Atlantic City opening (2018), three consecutive years leading global creative direction for Spotify's Wrapped campaigns (2021-2023), dual-role leadership for Meta Creative X, visual systems architecture for Google School for Leaders, and direct partnerships with BMW Germany and Adobe. Earlier, he built Stardust Studios' first East Coast team in NYC (2005).
Currently, Felipe leads AI innovation and synthetic production at SuperJoy, The Martin Agency's production studio, developing workflows for Fortune 500 clients including GEICO, JP Morgan Chase, and Hersheys. With a BS in Industrial Engineering and MFA in Computer Art from SCAD, his background combines systems thinking with creative vision.
In 2015, Felipe founded The Invisible Realm, his independent creative practice where he pioneers approaches combining conceptual art and generative technology. Through direct partnerships with Runway AI, Luma AI, and Leonardo AI, the workflows he develops there inform the methodologies he brings to enterprise clients. As a Fellowship AI exhibiting artist (The Moth Academy, String Theory), his work has been featured in exhibitions, brand collaborations, and publications including Elle, Vogue, and The Wall Street Journal. His series The Edge of Reality debuted at Guy Hepner Gallery NYC, with editions now in collections worldwide.
Felipe continues to advance the intersection of generative technology and creative vision, applying innovation to drive creative transformation at scale.
