Felipe Posada is a Creative Director and Innovation Leader with 20 years of experience leading creative teams and projects across US, Latin American, and European markets, currently focused on AI-driven creative systems and enterprise transformation. Born in Colombia and educated in the US, he brings multilingual and multicultural perspective to global creative work.
Throughout his career, Felipe has led projects with elite production companies including Hornet, Radical Media, The Mill, Psyop, and Brand New School while developing direct client relationships through his design and innovation practice. This foundation enabled both large-scale studio collaborations and independent creative partnerships across commercial and fine art contexts.
Career highlights include three consecutive years leading global creative direction for Spotify's Wrapped campaigns (2021-2023), dual-role leadership for Meta Creative X, visual systems architecture for Google School for Leaders, a permanent video installation for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's Atlantic City opening (2018), and direct partnerships with BMW Germany and Adobe. Earlier, he built Stardust Studios' first East Coast team in NYC (2005).
Currently, Felipe leads AI innovation at SuperJoy, The Martin Agency's production studio, developing workflows for Fortune 500 clients including GEICO, JP Morgan Chase, and Hersheys. With a BS in Industrial Engineering and MFA in Computer Art from SCAD, his background combines systems thinking with creative vision.
In 2015, Felipe founded The Invisible Realm, his independent creative practice where he pioneers approaches combining conceptual art and generative technology. Through direct partnerships with Runway AI, Luma AI, and Leonardo AI, the workflows he develops there inform the methodologies he brings to enterprise clients. As a Fellowship AI exhibiting artist (String Theory, The Moth Academy), his work has been featured in exhibitions, brand collaborations, and publications including Elle, Vogue, and The Wall Street Journal. His series The Edge of Reality debuted at Guy Hepner Gallery NYC, with editions now in collections worldwide.
